Rita O’Connor, CPA

Ms. O’Connor has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since July 2017 and in August 2019 added manufacturing and supply chain to her areas of responsibility. She brings over 25 years of finance leadership in both public and private pharmaceutical and consumer products companies. Ms. O’Connor has served as Board Director and Chairperson of the audit committee for uLab Systems since January 2021. Previously she served as Chief Financial Officer of Kent Place School, an all-girls college preparatory school. She was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer at Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, Inc., an integrated specialty pharmaceutical company focused on pain management and women’s health. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Adams Respiratory Therapeutics, a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on OTC and prescription products for the treatment of respiratory disorders with leading OTC brands Mucinex^® and Delsym^®, from its successful IPO in 2005 to its ultimate sale for $2.3 billion to Reckitt Benckiser in 2008. Earlier in her career she held positions of increasing responsibility during a 7-year tenure at Schering-Plough Corporation. She began her career at Deloitte and is a licensed certified public accountant. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University.
